The contracts concluded by Selfnet with the provider agree on fault clearance within 8 hours of the error message. We opened the ticket with the provider at 18:05. This means that Selfnet took about 1.5 hours to identify the problem with the honorable members of the suspected outage at 16:24.
According to the agreement between Selfnet and the fiber optic provider, a fault clearance would be expected by about 2 o'clock tonight. However, it is possible that so many fibers are damaged that it is not technically possible to clear everything within the 8 hours. We are hoping for the best and are checking whether we can provide a temporary solution.
