Unfortunately, while trying to solve our problems with the devices through software updates, another device in Fabrickstraße failed. This now affects only about 20 users and no longer 48. We are also trying to get this device back in operation as quickly as possible with our volunteer forces. Unfortunately we don't have any volunteers in Esslingen, so the debug time there is sometimes a bit longer than in Stuttgart.
