Failure of web services and WLAN Tuesday 30th August 2022 09:26:00


Due to internal routing problems, some of our service containers are no longer accessible. This leads to the fact that we currently have problems with the Selfnet WLAN and some web services. However, this only affects the WLAN. The LAN connections, which are available in all rooms, are not affected by the outage. The LAN can therefore be used as before.

Due to the failed administration system it currently makes no sense to write emails if for example a registration does not work or changes in my.selfnet.de do not work. We can't solve this via the backend at the moment. Therefore, please be patient until the corresponding web services are available again.

We hope to find a solution quickly and will keep you updated in this ticket. Further inquiries by e-mail can also not provide any further information.

The problem exists since Monday evening 23:20. We have already tried first repair attempts overnight. Unfortunately, these have not helped so far.

The problem was solved. No more problems occurred during the observation period.

The first services are now working again. We cannot yet promise a permanent solution. We will continue to look for it.
