SelfStreaming (IPTV) SelfStreaming offline due to construction works

Due to construction works of the Allmandring 8a building the connection to our satellite dish has been severed. We expect the construction works to be completed in May or June 2025.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we do not have any influence on the construction works of the building.

WLAN (wireless 802.1x network) Database issue

We currently have a database problem. Among other things, this has caused my.selfnet.de and the WLAN to fail. The cable network (LAN) that every resident has in their room and that we advertise as being more reliable: https://www.selfnet.de/services/wlan.html should not be affected by this.

  • The problem has been found. It was a memory problem with the database, which we have now solved.
