SelfStreaming (IPTV) SelfStreaming offline due to construction works

Due to construction works of the Allmandring 8a building the connection to our satellite dish has been severed. We expect the construction works to be completed in May or June 2025.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we do not have any influence on the construction works of the building.

  • Self-streaming with many channels has been in operation for about three months. However, some channels are still missing, as not all satellites have been reconnected yet.

    WLAN problems

    No IP addresses are currently distributed in our WLAN. We are already looking for the reason

  • The device was updated to a new version as part of our major software installation.

  • After several hours of debugging multiple systems, we were probably able to find and solve the problem. We are still monitoring, but assume that it will work again.

    The LAN, which is in every room, was not affected by the problem. The outage only affected the WLAN.
