SelfStreaming (IPTV) Maintenance SelfStreaming

Due to changes in the TV programming table and general maintenance work there will be an outage for SelfStreaming at 4th of October 2022 from approx. 5 pm to 8 pm. Due to changes in the program table the Stream-IPs may change and therefore should be updated afterwards.

The up to date streaming list can always be found at the SelfStreaming Site

  • It seems one of our streaming servers is still having issues with the new setup. It will be fixed as soon as possible.

  • The Error has finally been identified and should now be fixed. We will monitor the issue the next days to ensure it has been fixed.

  • Most of the multicast setup does work again but we are still having problems with our unicast setup. We are working on it but can't estimate a completion

  • Due to unexpected technical issues the upgrade is taking longer than expected. It may take another hour to finish all work.

    LAN (wired network connection) Partial internet problems

    More and more users are losing their internet connection right now. As far as we know, only in the Selfnet LAN, not in the WLAN. There are suspicions that this is a DHCP problem. We continue to analyze the problem and try to find a solution as soon as possible.

  • The problem was solved as expected.

  • It looks like it is working again. If you are still encountering issues, please restart your connected devices to the network outlet. If this does not help, please contact our support.
