SelfStreaming (IPTV) SelfStreaming offline due to construction works

Due to construction works of the Allmandring 8a building the connection to our satellite dish has been severed. We expect the construction works to be completed in May or June 2025.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we do not have any influence on the construction works of the building.

LAN (wired network connection) Partial internet problems

More and more users are losing their internet connection right now. As far as we know, only in the Selfnet LAN, not in the WLAN. There are suspicions that this is a DHCP problem. We continue to analyze the problem and try to find a solution as soon as possible.

  • The problem was solved as expected.

  • It looks like it is working again. If you are still encountering issues, please restart your connected devices to the network outlet. If this does not help, please contact our support.
