SelfStreaming (IPTV) SelfStreaming offline due to construction works

Due to construction works of the Allmandring 8a building the connection to our satellite dish has been severed. We expect the construction works to be completed in May or June 2025.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we do not have any influence on the construction works of the building.

Mandatory software updates

We need to make short term security updates of our systems over the weekend. There will be distributed short outages of the systems. Our central infrastructure should absorb the updates through redundancy. However, the infrastructure upgrade of the distributed hardware in the dormitories cannot be secured accordingly.

  • On Friday night we will start upgrading our central core components. Downtime in the LAN area will be avoided. In the W-LAN, however, these can not be excluded.
